About the Role

Develop and execute employee training modules, healthcare hygiene classes, and customer service reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Design training programs for client-facing and operations teams.
• Conduct customer service training and review response qualities.
• Organize hygiene and patient safety workshops with clinical leads.
• Evaluate training outcomes and track employee skill scores.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communications and positive teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to handle projects in a fast-paced environment.
