About the Role

Manage end-to-end recruitment, search for applicants, schedule interviews, and finalize job offers.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish jobs, search profiles, and screen candidate resumes.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to check cultural fit and background.
• Coordinate technical interviews with department managers.
• Draft offer letters, negotiate salaries, and complete reference checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communications and positive teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to handle projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in healthcare or tech setups.
