Patient Relationship Executive

About the Role

Interact with admitted patients, collect feedback, handle complaints, and manage VIP customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit patient wards to check on comforts and collect food/care ratings.
• Investigate and resolve issues regarding ward service delays.
• Coordinate room allocations and billing updates for VIP patients.
• Prepare monthly patient satisfaction and feedback reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communications and positive teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to handle projects in a fast-paced environment.
