Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior citizens and premium members during their hospital checkups.
• Coordinate with billing desks and diagnostic labs for swift procedures.
• Collect and deliver medical report bundles to patients.
• Ensure patient concerns are addressed immediately at the help desk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field or equivalent experience.
