About the Role

Coordinate appointments, manage onboarding, support diagnostics, and handle daily hospital partner operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage booking confirmations and coordinate diagnostic checkups for members.
• Handle communications with medical partners and fitness expert affiliates.
• Provide customer support for franchise proposals and booking requests.
• Resolve patient/expert scheduling conflicts in a prompt and professional manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communications and positive teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to handle projects in a fast-paced environment.
