Customer Success Executive

About the Role

Engage wellness members, help them utilize checkups, and drive renewals for hospital memberships.

Key Responsibilities

• Call health members to ensure they book their quarterly diagnostics.
• Advise members on available fitness coach and doctor consultations.
• Conduct surveys to measure customer health progress scores.
• Pitch and secure subscription renewals before membership expiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communications and positive teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to handle projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in healthcare or tech setups.
