About the Role

Handle incoming doctor consultation bookings, diagnostic schedules, and manage medical calendars.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments with hospital consultants.
• Re-schedule and cancel bookings based on patient or doctor availability.
• Send booking reminders, instructions, and test guidelines to patients.
• Keep doctor calendar entries updated to avoid booking conflicts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communications and positive teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to handle projects in a fast-paced environment.
