Accounts Executive

About the Role

Track vendor accounts payable, generate customer invoices, follow up on pending payments, and document receipts.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate monthly billing invoices for corporate partnership clients.
• Follow up with B2B corporate groups to collect overdue payments.
• Log receipts, verify client bank transfers, and file receipts.
• Update vendor accounts payable databases regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communications and positive teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to handle projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in healthcare or tech setups.
